Science tells us that everything in the universe whether it is seen or unseen is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. In recent studies, it has been discovered that every atom and electron within matter emits frequencies that are emitted into the space around us. What is Energy Healing
I believe all healing energy, whatever you call it, comes from the Source of Creation. Everything in the universe is made up of energy, vibrating at different frequencies and therefore everything is connected. As you heal one thing it heals everything connected to it. Healing is a self-healing process and as we heal ourselves we heal our world.

Because everything is energy and is vibrating at one frequency or another, by learning about energy healing in all its forms will allow you to tap into these frequencies and raise your vibrations to heal both yourself, others and our world.
There are a myriad of different healing methodologies too numerous to mention but the vast majority work on balancing the Bodies Energy System made up of our Aura, Chakras and Meridians. Difference between Healing Modalities
To make it easier, I see all the different energy healing modalities, whatever they are called, as a tree. First, you have the acorn which is buried in the ground, as it grows it grows roots into mother earth then it reaches for the sky. It has a trunk and as it grows it separates out into branches, then smaller branches then twigs, then leaves. As it grows its trunk gets bigger and bigger. I see each form of healing as twigs on the same tree.
The names on the branches differ, the connection methods differ, the tools differ but everyone connects to the same source energy and there can be as many different names for that such as, Divine Energy, Universal Energy, Earths Energy, God’s Loving Energy, etc.
What makes the real difference is the energy of the healer themselves. The amount of self-healing and personal development they have done. As the healer heals themselves, by releasing physical, mental, emotional traumas and any egoic patterns of this and past lives then so they become a clearer channel of divine energy.
How Energy Healing Works
Simply put, the healer connects to Universal Energy using whichever methodology they chose. They then set their intention that the healing energy is used for the highest good of the recipient and then they channel the energy according to their own methodology and intuition using whichever tools they deem appropriate.
The energy is then used by the recipient’s body and soul to release and rebalance the energies within the aura, chakras, meridians with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. For when any of these aspects of the bodies energy system is out of balance then we are dis-at-ease with ourselves and it will be reflected as decease within the physical body, whether it be as stress, anxiety, lethargy, exhaustion, pain or a fully manifested illness.
We take in food and water to energise our physical bodies and by connecting to the healing energy we energise our bodies energy system as well.
Difference between healing and curing
However, however much you learn, remember you do not cure anyone. Briefly, the medical profession focuses on curing symptoms and they are very good at it. Healers are not doctors and do not diagnose anything. Healers endeavour to use the natural universal energy which surrounds us all to bring the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies into balance by releasing the cause of any symptoms whether they be conscious or unconscious from this lifetime or earlier lifetimes which impede our way forward in life and hold us back from our soul’s purpose.
Energy Healing, whatever you call it and however you do it, is a complementary therapy and as such complements traditional medicine, just as healthy diet and exercise do. It should not be used as a replacement.
