I believe all healing energy, whatever you call it, comes from the Source of Creation. Everything in the universe is made up of energy, vibrating at different frequencies and therefore everything is connected. As you heal one thing it heals everything connected to it. Healing is a self-healing process and as we heal ourselves we heal our world.

Because everything is energy and is vibrating at one frequency or another learning about energy healing in all its forms will allow you to tap into these frequencies and raise your vibrations to heal both yourself, others and our world.

How Energy Healing Works

Simply put, the healer connects to Universal Energy using whichever methodology they chose. They then set their intention that the healing energy is used for the highest good of the recipient and then they channel the energy according to their own methodology and intuition using whichever tools they deem appropriate.

The energy is then used by the recipient’s body and soul to release and rebalance the energies within the aura, chakras, meridians with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. For when any of these aspects of the bodies energy system is out of balance then we are dis-at-ease with ourselves and it will be reflected as decease within the physical body, whether it be as stress, anxiety, lethargy, exhaustion, pain or a fully manifested illness.

We take in food and water to energise our physical bodies and by connecting to healing energy we energise our bodies energy system as well.
